About Us

We are Laurine & Florian, a French couple who met at 15, now married with two children.
Choosing each other young turned out to be a great decision… we’ve never been apart since!

This strong bond is fueled by our shared passions: traveling, discovering new experiences, creating connections… and of course, specialty coffee.

🎓 A complementary background in coffee, hospitality & experiences

We are both trained baristas, passionate about the art of coffee in all its forms. We’ve already opened and managed a coffee shop, an experience that made us want to share our vision of quality coffee… even in the most unexpected places.

Our professional paths complement each other:

• Florian is a software engineer by training
• Laurine has strong experience in sales and customer relations

We also worked in the events industry, where we learned how to create memorable moments, pay attention to every detail, and put people first.

For us, specialty coffee is like a fine wine: a noble, complex product that deserves respect and care.
Our mission is to make it accessible in an unexpected place: a theme park.
